Founder, Amanda Radakovitch

Amanda Radakovitch, Founder & CEO (Certified Eternal Optimist)

As a purpose-driven, values-based leader who is passionate about culture, Amanda Radakovitch brings a collaborative, results-oriented approach to every consulting engagement. Her wealth of experience, combined with a curious approach and outside-the-box thinking, means no challenge is too big or complex.


Amanda has worked in both the private and public sectors and brings expertise in many areas including culture, human resources, brand, marketing, internal communications, public relations/crisis communications, and experience. Her career has spanned a number of leadership positions and she has led teams of more than 30 employees. She previously held a leadership role in a multinational construction company during a time where the company nearly doubled in revenues and was part of executive leadership teams in the post-secondary and not-for-profit sectors during times of system transformation. Amanda recognizes the interconnectedness between brand, culture, employee experience and engagement, and customer experience, and brings an integrated approach to her engagements. 


Amanda has a lifelong commitment to learning and growing her leadership practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree as well as certification in Public Relations, Leadership Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.), Change Management, and Project Management.
